Below is a list of items for inclusion into the new BT website. The bullet point list below has been separated into EXTERNAL and INTERNAL sections. Obviously, our website will become a practical and functional information resource for all BT residents. It also has to showcase how life as a BT resident is an experience like no other in the Hartford area. BT has a certain mystique and glamour in spades vs. condo complexes that have far more amenities. Our immediate competition (The Linden, Woodland House and Riverpoint) can't compare. Future buyers and tenants will definitely take those qualities into consideration. I realize some of these pages are going to take time to build out properly. We can "borrow" some items from our competitors' respective websites. Ours will not be completed overnight. Like any other one, it's subject to revisions. - Norman
